Just finished Optimal Health with Multiple Sclerosis by Allen Bowling and I seriously encourage everyone in this community to give it a read! It covers everything from diet and exercise to vitamins, supplements, and mental health - all specifically tailored to living well with MS. Highly recommend!

Honestly - probably the most important part of managing your MS.

It’s 2026 and I’m trying to be more mindful about eating healthier (its about time)! What does “eating healthy” realistically look like for you while living with MS? I think im going to stop eating dairy but curious about everyone else.

Same.. Mediterranean diet is my fave. Need to get back on track....Had sweets more often than usual during the holidays...Lol.

Vitamins

Hi everyone - does anyone take certain vitamins and do you find them helpful? Like vitamin D, vitamin B12 for example?

yes to both :) Currently 3000 IU vitamin D and a B complex
