Noticed stress seems to make my symptoms flare more than almost anything else. Been trying 5-10 min of just sitting quietly or doing breathing exercises in the morning before the day gets going, and it's made a noticeable difference in how I handle the rest of the day.

Best free tool I've found for accurate translations lately
Been dealing with a lot of translation work recently and wanted to share something that's actually been really helpful. I tried a bunch of different tools before landing on https://www.deepl.com/uk/translator , the accuracy is honestly way better than most alternatives I've used, especially with context and tone. It's free to use for basic translations too. Anyone else here have tools they swear by for this kind of thing? Always curious what's working for other people.
Meditation and hydration
Hi all..just wanted to share something i've been working on. Every day or every other day, I am setting aside time (aproxx 30 mins) to meditate and hydrate. I use YouTube to find a clip that is soothing for me. And right when I'm done with that, I hydrate (aiming to have a cup of water each hour during the day). Just something to give a try!
Anyone else notice certain foods trigger fatigue or brain fog more than others? I've started keeping a simple food journal and it's helped me spot patterns - anti-inflammatory stuff (fatty fish, berries, leafy greens) seems to make the biggest difference for me on energy days.
Hi Matt,
That is a great idea to keep a food journal. I believe everyone is different in what foods are best for them. However, certain foods like ultra processed and foods with a high concentration of added sugars really trigger inflammation. I try my best to eat mostly whole foods, and minimize dairy and gluten. When I am being strict and really behaving, I feel much better. Strict for me is no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and no processed foods. If I do this I notice a huge difference. A year or so ago I successfully lasted doing this for 4-6 weeks along with intermittent fasting and I must say it was the best I felt in my entire life. Unfortuantely, I caved during a birthday party and struggled to maintain after that. I really struggle with brain fog, and fatigue and Sugar is one of the main triggers of this for me.
