Water is key for me

Setting a low-key goal this week: drink more water, get to bed before midnight. Nothing fancy, but small goals are the ones I actually keep.

Been eating so many blueberries lately - maybe due to the summer? What other anti-inflammatory foods should I try? Always looking for new stuff to add into the rotation.

Blueberries are a great pick - loaded with anthocyanins. Worth rotating in: fatty fish (salmon, sardines) for omega-3s, leafy greens like spinach and kale, turmeric with black pepper (helps absorption), walnuts, and extra virgin olive oil.

Noticed stress seems to make my symptoms flare more than almost anything else. Been trying 5-10 min of just sitting quietly or doing breathing exercises in the morning before the day gets going, and it's made a noticeable difference in how I handle the rest of the day.

Best free tool I've found for accurate translations lately

Been dealing with a lot of translation work recently and wanted to share something that's actually been really helpful. I tried a bunch of different tools before landing on https://www.deepl.com/uk/translator , the accuracy is honestly way better than most alternatives I've used, especially with context and tone. It's free to use for basic translations too. Anyone else here have tools they swear by for this kind of thing? Always curious what's working for other people.
