Curious what everyone's go-to exercise is on low energy days. I've been doing gentle yoga but wondering what else people have found that moves the body without wiping it out completely.

Bad fatigue days - do you push through or rest? I go back and forth on this.

If I’m off, I rest. If I work, I find ways to take it easy. I’m a waitress so finding that balance is important. However, if the fatigue seems to not let up, I make myself go outside in the sun first thing in the morning before the real heat kicks in.

I havent tried but David Lyons is a legend in the fitness world. Great the ms life partnered with him (on the community shop).

Yoga

Yoga has been the most MS-friendly thing I've found for fitness - low heat, can do it seated, go at my own pace. Anyone feel the same?
