How often do you see your neurologist? Every 3 months? 6 months? only when something changes?

I see mine once a year in person and then one telehealth a year. So every 6 months. If something changes I send a message, but rarely is anything addressed. I feel like going is a waste of time as I don't usually get much help. I have felt that way for the last 7+ years over different providers and states.
How'd you find your neurologist? Referral, insurance luck, tons of research, trial and error?

Hello! The lack of extra assistance and hidden bonuses was one of the first things I noticed on the platform. It makes every decision feel more important and means that patience and concentration are needed throughout the session.
