Yes!! Time for a walk!

Motivated

How do you guys stay motivated to exercise, especially on days when MS symptoms make it challenging? Do you have a go-to routine or mindset that helps?

Hi Ben -- some days are definitely harder than others. For me, if my symptoms are acting up, I will sit and meditate/do a breathing session instead of going to the gym/walking/yoga. I've learned it's best to listen to my body and not push it. On days that I'm feeling more myself, I stick to my routine of gym/walk or yoga. Hope this helps.

Light jog / Walk

I do my best to add in a walk or potentially a light jog as often as I can throughout the week depending on how I am feeling. I just want to stay moving. Hope to be able to run a 5k for MS this year.

Falling

I seem to fall a lot - anyone have the same issue?

Yes - I have been working with a physical therapist to focus on balance exercises - this has helped me, thankfully.
