MS Symptoms

Public·168 members

I’ve been dealing with numbness and tingling, mostly in my arms and legs.

Does anyone have recommendations that have helped here?

A few things that people in the MS community often say helped them (everyone’s different of course):

  • Heat awareness – for some, heat makes it worse, so cooling vests, cold packs, or cooler showers can help

  • Stretching & light movement – gentle yoga, walking, or PT exercises can sometimes calm the nerves

  • Med check-in – worth mentioning to your neurologist; sometimes meds, B12 levels, or a relapse need to be ruled out

  • Stress & sleep – symptoms often flare when stress or fatigue are high

  • Compression or sensory tools – some people find compression sleeves or textured objects grounding

Hand Neuropathy Devices

Does anyone know of any good hand neuropathy devices? My hands have been tingly for 10+ years and I havent found a good device to help it.

Side effects

Hi. I am new here. I am facing many challenges after 10 years with MS. At least 5years sofrring with strong headaches that can last 8 hrs. Not sleeping well. My marriage is at risk as my wife treats me as patient and not as husband. Erect disfunction is a big thing and part of the problem. My name is Fernando and I don’t know what to do.
