It’s 2026 and I’m trying to be more mindful about eating healthier (its about time)! What does “eating healthy” realistically look like for you while living with MS? I think im going to stop eating dairy but curious about everyone else.

Vitamins
Hi everyone - does anyone take certain vitamins and do you find them helpful? Like vitamin D, vitamin B12 for example?

Hi everyone 👋
I’m Eilis, a postgraduate psychology student from Ireland and a fellow MSer. I’m currently running a study exploring how coaching might support people with MS at work — especially in areas like resilience, confidence, and navigating disclosure.
If you’re 18+, living with MS, and currently working (or have worked in the past 12 months), I’d be so grateful if you could take part in my short, anonymous online survey.
 It takes 20-25 minutes

Cutting out dairy
I never thought I’d give up cheese - but cutting out most dairy helped me feel less bloated and a little more energized. It’s not for everyone, but for me, it reduced some inflammation and just made me feel better overall.
If you're curious, try skipping it for a few weeks and see how your body reacts. You might be surprised.
I've tried this...I give you a lot of credit. It was hard for me. I'm a cheese lover. But I have talked to a couple of people who cut dairy out of their diet completely and they have seen benefits.

Same.. Mediterranean diet is my fave. Need to get back on track....Had sweets more often than usual during the holidays...Lol.
