Making decision on treatment

Not too long ago I posted my first post about my upcoming appointment September 1st. I’m seeing a new MS specialist and I’m considering a treatment. Most likely Ocrevus. Of course since I posted, I was told I needed a breast biopsy. Results are benign however, I need to see a surgeon because the cells are high risk for becoming malignant. Now I’m concerned about what to do since there’s an increased risk of breast cancer when on Ocrevus or probably any of the DMTs. If they decide to surgically remove it then it is less of concern. Not sure if I should push to have surgery or allow then to watch and wait.

Agree with Ray - what a stressful combo to deal with at the same time. I don't have personal experience with this exact overlap, but if it were me, I think I'd lean toward pushing for the surgery conversation sooner rather than later - having one less variable in the mix might make the Ocrevus decision feel less overwhelming.
