Trike " tadpole" ride
I would like to suggest an organized trike ride as an event for MS Life, I used to do a lot of organized bike rides... After my most recent exacerbation, I had to give up 2 wheelers as vertigo was the take away of that episode. For16 years I ride in the MS societies bike to the bay. 8 years bc ( before chronic disease) , & 8 ad ( after diagnosis) I also helped establish a bicycle co- op and ran a riding club in my neighborhood. Since not able to ride 2 wheelers anymore has greatly diminished more cycling experiences and social connections. Thanks for your consideration robert

Great idea. I know ms life is about active living so this fits right in. I guess the next step depends on what state you live in, since it might be easier to organize locally. Based on their newsletter it looks like organizers are from CT.
