Something nobody warned me about with MS: how much mental energy goes into just planning your day. Every decision has a cost calculation attached to it now. Anyone else feel like project managing your own life just to get through it?

Yes I feel the way you do. I have one cleaning chore I can maybe do a day. I speak to most people I know online so no cancellations there. I know there is a plan for me to have MS I need to listen carefully. So for now put up my lists like I did when
My kids were little. I will be fine and you will too.
