Local support groups
Hi all, I am a fairly new member and really just started posting. I really appreciate this group and being a part of this community. I am wondering if there are any support groups local to me Dutchess County, Columbia or Ulster County NY that have in person meetings, or online sessions.
I will try to google this as well but figured I would ask here to.
Thanks for any info you might be able to give.

For local support groups, your best bet is the National MS Society's website - they have a "Find Support" tool where you can search by zip code for both in-person and virtual groups in your area (Hudson Valley region should have some options).
