I am very bad about using my symptom tracking apps and I am reminded of why I should on days like this when I cannot remember what symptoms are worse in the summer :(
Does anyone notice during the extreme heat their numbness gets worse. My right leg is feeling extra "dead" 😒

Heat isn’t so good,once went to a restaurant and it was packed with people,when left couldn’t walk properly and my optic neuritis became worse,so know what you mean,
