My biggest MS symptom is fatigue. Is this the same for anyone else? What's the best remedy for this?
I put salt in my water or use tonic water so my body actually gets hydrated. I also try to eat an apple with almond butter in the morning and that seems to help for the first part of the day. I take naps and try to take it easy the rest of the day.
