Sleep

Spasticity at night is wrecking my sleep lately. Tried magnesium, stretching, nothing sticking. What's actually worked for you?

Warm bath or shower right before bed was a game changer. Not hot but warm enough to relax the muscles. I also switched to a weighted blanket and honestly didn't expect much but it made a noticeable difference.
