ms hug
Lately, I’ve been having random episodes of tightness, pressure, and pain around my torso, mostly at night. At first, I thought something serious was going on—but then I found out it might be something called the MS hug. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have suffered on and off with this for years. When I have an episode, it starts off with a slight twinge which goes away. It then comes back in progressively strnger waves until I am on the floor graoning in agony. However, the last two times it happened I found that getting into a cold shower brought the episode to an end.
