Jim - Totally hear you — fatigue is one of the most frustrating symptoms of MS. Getting more sleep definitely helps, but I’ve found that managing my energy throughout the day is just as important. A few things that have worked for me:
Pacing: I break tasks into smaller chunks and give myself permission to rest without guilt.
Staying cool: Heat really drains me, so I try to keep my environment cool and avoid overheating.
Movement: Light activity like stretching or short walks can actually boost energy when I’m feeling sluggish.
