Anyone else notice certain foods trigger fatigue or brain fog more than others? I've started keeping a simple food journal and it's helped me spot patterns - anti-inflammatory stuff (fatty fish, berries, leafy greens) seems to make the biggest difference for me on energy days.

Hi Matt,
That is a great idea to keep a food journal. I believe everyone is different in what foods are best for them. However, certain foods like ultra processed and foods with a high concentration of added sugars really trigger inflammation. I try my best to eat mostly whole foods, and minimize dairy and gluten. When I am being strict and really behaving, I feel much better. Strict for me is no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and no processed foods. If I do this I notice a huge difference. A year or so ago I successfully lasted doing this for 4-6 weeks along with intermittent fasting and I must say it was the best I felt in my entire life. Unfortuantely, I caved during a birthday party and struggled to maintain after that. I really struggle with brain fog, and fatigue and Sugar is one of the main triggers of this for me.
