run / walk

I never used to run or walk much — it just wasn't my thing. But after being diagnosed with MS I started making more time for it, and honestly? I think it has been one of the best things I could have done for myself.


I truly believe getting up and moving, even just a walk, can make a real difference. Give it a try if you haven't! 🧡
