Activity
Staying active with multiple sclerosis (MS) can be a powerful way to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being. Although MS can pose unique challenges for mobility and endurance, exercise and fitness are highly beneficial for managing its impact. Here are my recommendations:
Improved Strength and Mobility: Regular exercise strengthens muscles, which can help compensate for weaknesses and improve balance.
Fatigue Management: Though it might seem counterintuitive, exercise can help reduce fatigue, especially when activities are balanced and gradually increased.
Aerobic Exercise: Walking, stationary cycling, or swimming can be excellent choices for cardiovascular health. Swimming is particularly helpful as it minimizes the risk of overheating and supports the body.
Listen to your body! Everyone is different.

Totally agree !!
