David Lyons - community shop
Just did some research on David Lyons for the Community Shop page - what a beast! Guy gets diagnosed with MS at 47, doctors tell him he'll likely be wheelchair bound and never train again... and he goes back to bodybuilding and wins "Most Inspirational" at his first competition post-diagnosis. Then builds the whole MS Fitness Challenge.
Definitely feeling some extra motivation for my own workout today lol.
