Movement consistency is great when your body cooperates, but MS doesn't always play by "non-negotiable" rules, some days fatigue or a flare just wins regardless of mindset. For a lot of us here, "walk daily" might mean a few minutes with a cane, or moving from bed to chair on a bad day, and that counts too.
