Thirty minutes. Every day. That's it. No gym membership, no equipment, no complicated routine. Just get outside and walk. Rain, busy schedule, tired - I've heard every excuse because I've used them all. But I can tell you firsthand, once you make it non-negotiable, it changes everything.

Movement consistency is great when your body cooperates, but MS doesn't always play by "non-negotiable" rules, some days fatigue or a flare just wins regardless of mindset. For a lot of us here, "walk daily" might mean a few minutes with a cane, or moving from bed to chair on a bad day, and that counts too. The principle's solid, just worth remembering it looks different for everyone in this community.
