Still turn up

I try my hardest to work out four days a week.


When my legs say no, my balance disappears, or my body is screaming in pain, I adapt accordingly.


That also means recovery. Recovery is part of the workout. It's when your body heals, your muscles repair, and real growth happens.


One thing I've learned living with MS is to do what I'm able to do that day

No stress. No pressure.


Be kind to yourself when your body refuses to perform.


Don't focus on what you couldn't do today.


Focus on what you did do.


And sometimes...


That achievement is simply giving your body the rest it needs to recover.
