Anyone found a workout routine that actually works with MS fatigue? I've had good luck with shorter, lower-intensity sessions in the morning before my energy dips - swimming has been a game changer since it's easy on the joints and doesn't overheat me. Curious what's working for others!

I find that walking and cycling has worked for me - as well as some resistance training with weights - and I always stretch before and after. Making sure to stay hydrated too, and not pushing myself too hard. Usually the day after I do a workout I feel more energy and it motivates me to keep going!
