How often do you see your neurologist? Every 3 months? 6 months? only when something changes?

How often do you see your neurologist? Every 3 months? 6 months? only when something changes?
I see mine once a year in person and then one telehealth a year. So every 6 months. If something changes I send a message, but rarely is anything addressed. I feel like going is a waste of time as I don't usually get much help. I have felt that way for the last 7+ years over different providers and states.
