I get this all the time too, mine's pretty much constant rather than coming and going. What's helped me most is keeping my head movements slower and more deliberate, sudden turns are the worst trigger for me. I also had a vestibular assessment done which showed it wasn't just MS related, so definitely worth pushing for that referral if you haven't had one. Hang in there, it's a horrible symptom to live with day to day.
